HarveyOliver take pride in our products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days from the date that you received your goods for an exchange or refund as long as the items have not been used.  Customers are required to cover the return postage costs.

To return or exchange an item

Please email sharon@harveyoliver.co.uk stating the reason for your return along with your Name, Address and Order number.  In some instances we are able to provide a solution without the need to exchange or return.

If an exchange is requested, return the items to the address stated and you will receive a refund within 14 days. Place an order for the preferred items. The price of the preferred item may be different from the original, therefore this process covers and differences.

Your return will be processed within 14 days from when we receive your parcel, this does not affect your 30 days return window.
